EmpowerEd, LLC (“EmpowerEd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a for-profit social enterprise based in Massachusetts that provides financial-literacy education to young people. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or interact with our programs.

We collect information you provide directly to us—such as when you join our waitlist, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us. EmpowerEd serves young people ages 13–25. If you are under 18, we encourage you to involve a parent or guardian before providing personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it. A parent or guardian may request that we access, correct, or delete information about their minor child.
