2. About EmpowerEd

EmpowerEd, LLC is a for-profit social enterprise based in Massachusetts that provides financial-literacy education to young people. Any contributions or payments to EmpowerEd are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

Our programs are designed for young people ages 13–25. If you are under 18, you may use the site and enroll only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Programs, Enrollment, and Payments

Program details, schedules, and pricing will be described at the time enrollment opens and are subject to change. Any fees, refund terms, and payment methods will be presented to you before you enroll.
